Our Founder.

Noel Gordon’s career has been shaped by a decade-long commitment to helping nonprofit leaders do more with less through results-driven fundraising strategies and people-first financial leadership.

Noel has worked alongside nonprofit leaders in various fundraising, grant development, finance, and accounting roles over his career. These experiences have given him a firsthand look at the unique financial challenges many nonprofits face—from securing unrestricted revenue to building cash reserves.
